Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary surrounds the historic Kumbhalgarh Fort in Rajsamand, Rajasthan.​

It covers an area of approximately 610.5 sq km across Rajsamand, Udaipur, and Pali districts.​

The sanctuary spans four hill ranges of the Aravalli: Kumbhalgarh, Sadri, Desuri, and Bokhada.​

The terrain varies from hills and piedmont to plains, with mostly sandy loam soils.​

It is a rich habitat for Indian wolves, leopards, sloth bears, striped hyenas, golden jackals, jungle cats, and a variety of herbivores like sambar, nilgai, chausingha, and chinkara.​

Kumbhalgarh has over 200 bird species, with the grey junglefowl commonly seen.​

Popular activities include jeep safaris, trekking, and horseback rides through the sanctuary.
